CONDITIONS OF CAR RENTAL

 

 

1. Driver's age: Minimum 24 year.
2. Driver license: National or International valid at least for one year.
3. Minimum rental: 12 hours.
4. Traffic fines: renter is responsible for any traffic fines during the rental period.
5. It is forbidden for any other person than customer to drive.
6. Gasoline payable by renter.
7. The cars are given and taken from our offices at Agios Nikolaos (30th st Akti Koundourou), Airport or Port at Iraklion or Sitia and at the Hotel where the customer stays.
8. Ferrying of the car. An advance authorizations is required for customers wishing to ferry a hired car to and from the island.
9. All authorized drivers of MOTOR HOLIDAYS rent car vehicles are covered against theft, fire and liability to third parties for Death, injury or damage to property. On condition that the driving code has not been violated, renter's responsibility can be reduced up to € 300 for all type of the cars.
NO INSURANCE COVER DAMAGES ON THE TIRES, WHEEL TRIMS AND THE UNDERSIDE OF THE CAR. NO INSURANCE IS COVERING DRIVERS UNDER INFLUENCE ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.
10. On condition that the driving code has not violated renters self - risk can be reduced to 0 euro, by paying an additional charge of 10 € per day for the type of the cars.

Our rates include:
-Maintenance oil and greasing.
-Replacement of car in case of breakdown.
-Safety belts in all cars.
-Road map of Crete.
-Free 250 km per day

 

CONDITIONS OF BIKE RENTAL

1. Driver's age: Minimum 21 years.
2. Driver license: National or International valid at least for one year. 50cc(AM) ,125cc (A1-Α2-Α) 200cc-250cc-300cc-650cc (A) Quads-Buggy-Quadro3(Β) 
3. Minimum rental: 12 hours.
4. Traffic fines: renter is responsible for any traffic fines during the rental period.
5. It is forbidden for any other person than costumer to drive.
6. Gasoline payable by renter.
7. The motorbikes and the mopeds are given and taken from our offices at Agios Nikolaos (30th st Akti Koundourou) and at the Hotel where the customer stays.
8. Ferrying of the bikes. An advance authorization is required for customers wishing to ferry a hired car to and from the island.
9. All authorized drivers of MOTOR HOLIDAYS are covered against theft, fire and liability to third parties for Death, injury or damage to property. On condition that the driving code has not been violated, renter's responsibility can be reduced 300 € for 50 cc and 125 cc, 500€ for 200cc,300cc,1000 € for motorcycle 250cc-310cc 650cc,Quadro 3 and 3000€ for GS 750GS.  

The insurance policy does not cover any self accidents on the Quads and the Buggies! ALL DAMAGE WILL BE PAYED FROM THE DRIVER!!!
NO INSURANCE IS COVERING DRIVERS UNDER INFLUENCE ALCOHOL OR DRUGS
10. On condition that the driving code has not violated renters self - risk can be reduced to 0€, by paying an additional charge of 15 € per day for the 50cc-125cc, 20€ per day for 200cc-300cc ,30€ per day for motorcycles  250cc-310cc-650cc-Quadro 3.

Our rates include:
-Full 24-hour day.
-Maintenance oil and greasing.
-Replacement of bike in case of breakdown.
-Helmets for driver and the passenger.
-Road map of Crete.
-Free klm.
